Macquarie Regional Library is proud to support Scams Awareness Week (7–11 November 2022). This year Scams Awareness Week is about empowering people to learn how to spot a scam and encouraging them to take the time to check whether a communication or offer is real. Join us at Narromine Library for a free webinar featuring speakers from NSW Fair Trading and Legal Aid NSW, about how to spot scams, how to protect yourself from scammers, and what to do if you do get scammed. Tea and coffee provided. Attendees will receive a copy of ACCC The Little Black Book of Scams.
